Set-up
No plates, no screens
Every piece unique
Ultra-fine nozzles place UV ink drop by drop directly onto the material; UV light cures it immediately. Because the image is generated afresh from the file for every copy, each piece can differ from the next.
This lets us print names, sequential numbers, barcodes or QR codes in a single pass – with no extra effort compared to a uniform design.
Your benefits
- Small quantities: cost-effective because no printing plate or screen is needed.
- Personalisation: names, numbering, barcodes and QR codes – every piece individual.
- Fast turnaround: from the approved file straight to print.
- On film and plastic: UV ink adheres even to non-absorbent materials.
- Samples & prototypes: proofs before series production in offset or screen printing.
- White & varnish: opaque white for transparent materials and spot varnish.
